Yoga for Pregnancy

The Yoga of Pregnancy video is an easy way for pregnant women to practice yoga in the privacy of their own homes especially if they are unable to attend regular classes, or if they wish to practice in between classes.

It is a valuable asset to have for all pregnant women and is quite suitable for the complete beginner as well as being appropriate for someone who has practiced yoga for many years.

It is a wonderful compliment to the book as the programs detailed in the video closely follow those that are recommended in the book.

Eva, who does the yoga programs, is 38 weeks pregnant and she is a fine example of how these easy and gentle practices can be continued throughout the pregnancy from early pregnancy to full term.
