The separate exercise programs cover all aspects of the yoga for pregnancy beginning with a gentle warm up program which is recommended to practice before continuing on with any of the other programs. These include a section on the squatting exercises which are so important for the pregnant woman, gentle floor stretches, spinal twists that are recommended for pregnancy, the wall stretches and the relevant standing postures.
The deep relaxation is recommended to complete the yoga program chosen and the pelvic floor exercises should be done at least once, every day. The yoga breathing exercises and meditation practices are not covered in the video but there is a full description of them in the books or on audio.
